First off, I am all about full disclosure of what I am selling, with that said here are the details
The VIN plate says MFG 10-2000. As verified through Exiss it is considered a 2002 year model and that is how it is registered.
Trailer Details
This trailer has either been stored under a “carport” or in a metal building its entire life.
The short wall is 11’
The mid tack is 4’
8’ wide with mangers in stall 2 and 3
Escape door at the first stall
Drop down windows on the head AND butt side
Insulated roof in horse area
Rear tack with 3 saddle racks, the rack can be removed, and this compartment will collapse
Removeable rear door bar so an ATV or something wider than a horse could be hauled
Prewired for generator in rear tack with vent on rear door
New Tires Sailun S637 235/85R-16 load range G approximately 3 years ago
Brake and bearings serviced approximately 4 years ago
All LED exterior lights
Dual Electric Jacks
Dual Batteries, one is 2017 dated and another is 2019 dated
Striping on the trailer is a special type that changes color depending on the light and what direction you look at it. Sort of like chrome illusion paint.

LQ was installed by custom interiors from Caddo, OK. I do not think they are in business any longer

All systems were functioning perfectly as of October, 2020
Known issues
Bathroom sink faucet is in need of replacement or new washers or stems, it has a small leak (only when faucet is turned on)
Slight surface corrosion in horse area, there is a small hole about the size of a pencil that has formed. I have neutralized this area. The underside of this area is clean.
Left rear grease seal appears to be going out. Some grease visible on wheel.
Black marks on the right rear from a blowout approximately 3 years ago, thus the new tires, that my amatuer detailing skills cannot get removed. I am sure a professional detailer can.
The factory steps are poorly designed and useless. I have tried to make them work, others have tried to make them work with no success. They are a tube inside a tube and they do not slide.
Bill of sale will be required to be signed by buyer with a statement "as is no warranty either expressed or implied".
